NOTICE OF COMBINED 10th&11thANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
Notice is hereby given that the combined 10th &11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the above Co-operative Society will be held at GSS GWAGWALADA Along Lokoja Road Dagiri, on Saturday, the 6th day of August, 2022 by 10:00am Prompt .


To transact the following businesses:

  1. To lay before members the report of the Management Committee, present the Balance Sheet together with the Income and Expenditure Account for the year Ended 31st December, 2020 & 2021.
  2. To declare and approved dividend for payment to members.
  3. To receive report from Electoral Committee.
  4. To Amend the Byelaws
  5. Any other business.
    Dated: Saturday the 6th day of August, 2022.
    By the order of the Management Committee.

And by this notice no Loan treatment would be entertained by the first week of August, that is, Between Monday 1st – Friday 5th, August, 2022.
