System Upgrade of GTCO Automated Payment System (GAPS) platform

With regard to the above information from GTCO as our main bank which is currently undergoing system upgrade of GTCO Automated Payment System (GAPS) platform as a major application we have been using in our cooperative to transact our day-to-day service rendering, consequently, due to the forgoing, we were unable to disburse loans and other payments as we used to since last week.

we would like to sincerely apologize for every inconvenience you have experienced expecting our service delivery recently without satisfaction.  We understand that you rely on the availability of our services to meet your emerging financial needs that are important to your daily lives and your business needs.
