Dear Esteemed Member,
We are pleased to inform you that the dept will be opened for ONLY next week starting on Monday the 8th of June-2020 in order to address members pressing needs with regard to loans, refunds of wrong/over-deductions and retirees entitlement pending when the union will notify us of resumption date.
First of all, be informed that the suspension of loans granting to our members in agencies has been lifted which is sequel to confirmation of IPPIS deduction remittances of major agencies consequently,
All interested members loan applicants with satisfied requiments should be submitted latest by 4pm on Tuesday being the 9th day of June, 2020 and to be treated within the week.
In the light of the above, the following safety measures will be maintained as done in the last skeletal services:
1. Wearing a face mask is mandatory for both staff and visiting members.
2. No sharing of pen.
3. All visiting members should wait to be sanitized at the gate before entry.
4. In adherence to physical/social distancing, the number of members to be attended to per time will be regulated and rendered at a safe distance, so kindly cooperate with our security personnel assigned to ensure orderly and healthy services within the premises.
NB:
Due to unavailability of payslip currently, Agencies members who wish to receive the loan value in thier respective salary account should get a month statement of account that will reflect last salary received and if is not salary account to receive the loan value then such applicant should provide us with BOTH salary account bank statement and that of account to receive the loan value.
