NOTICE OF 6th & 7th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

Notice is hereby given that 6th&7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the above Co-operative Society will be held at G.S.S. Gwagwalada, Dagiri-Along Lokoja-G/lada Express Road, Gwagwalada, FCT on Saturday, the 11th day of August, 2018 by 9:00am Prompt to transact the following business:

  1. To lay before the members the Report of the Management Committee, present the Statement of Financial Position together with the Income and Expenditure Account for the year Ended 31st December, 2016 & 2017.
  2. To declare dividend.
  3. Any other business.
