Notice is hereby given that the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the above
Co-operative Society will be held at GSS GWAGWALADA Along Lokoja Road
Dagiri, on Saturday, the 23rd day of March 2024, by 10:00 A.M Prompt.

To transact the following businesses:

  1. To lay before members the report of the Management Committee, present
    the Balance Sheet together with the Income and Expenditure Account for
    the year Ended 31 st December, 2022.
  2. To declare and approved dividend for payment to members.
  3. To Elect the Executive Members into the Management Committee.
  4. Any other business.
  5. Dated: Saturday the 23 rd day of March, 2024.
    By the order of the Management Committee.

And by this notice no Loan treatment would be entertained on the main week of
AGM, that is, Between Monday 18 TH – Friday 22 ND , March, 2024.
