Dear Valued Member, The Co-operative Management Committee (CMC) is appealing for the understanding of members that considering the hyperinflation that has shootup the cost of materials or services in the market which has an adverse impact on the cost of conducting elaborate AGM, we crave your indulgence that the outstanding 2024 AGM (14th AGM) be held in a lOW-KEY in order to substantially cut cost and deliver more dividend to members similar to what obtained last year. In other words, the dividend derived would be posted to members respective account without an Elaborate AGM.
With reference to the above, The Management Committee meeting was held yesterday, the 26th day of September, 2025 which resolved inter-alia as follows:That the LOW-KEY AGM (14th-AGM) is scheduled to take place on Monday, the 13th of October, 2025 and dividend disbursement to respective members account shall be done simultaneously.
In a related development, we are pleased to inform you that the NUT-FCT WING CO-OPERATIVE will suspend loans issuance from Friday, 3rd of October to Monday, 20th of October, 2025 in order to give the staff ample time opportunity with focus to conclude works on accounts, prepare a dividend database for onward crediting to respective members account.
